Bodyshop Administrator

Role Overview
Responsible for processing all damages requiring Bodyshop assessment and repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs, and maintaining no more than 2% of the Dublin fleet in Bodyshop at any time.
Key Responsibilities
* Take additional images of damaged vehicles for damage pack inclusion.
* Upload damage packs to shared drives.
* Perform quality checks on vehicles post-repair.
* Communicate QC outcomes to Workshop Manager.
* Manage and monitor vehicles in Bodyshop.
* Manage damage packs and documentation requests.
* Serve as point of contact for Service Department and other departments.
* Provide training support to satellite branches.
* Liaise with Asset Department for vehicle movements.
* Ensure timely job card creation and update CAP accordingly.
* Update customers on repair progress.
* Correspond via email and letters as needed.
* Communicate daily with external Bodyshops.
* Conduct weekly/monthly fleet audits.

Person Specification
* Leaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalent.
* Basic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenance.
* Experience in a Bodyshop environment.
* Proven customer service skills and relationship building.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
* Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
* Team player adaptable to change.
* Experience in vehicle rental or motor industry preferred.
* Experience in warranty or workshop settings desirable.
