My client, a Fund Services business, is seeking an experienced Director/Head of TA & AML for their Transfer Agency/Investor Services business to lead the function across Dublin and Luxembourg. This senior leadership role will focus on overseeing Investor Services and AML operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end Investor Services operations, including AML, investor onboarding, subscriptions/redemptions, and capital activity.
Act as a senior escalation point for Investor Services queries, ensuring high service standards and timely resolution.
Lead AML and Investor Services operations and ensure effective regulatory compliance.
Partner with compliance and business teams to interpret AML and regulatory requirements.
Support regulatory exams, internal controls, and risk management processes.
Develop and manage high-performing teams while driving operational improvements.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure best-in‑class investor servicing.
Requirements
15+ years’ financial services experience with strong Investor Services & AML experience.
10+ years’ experience managing large operational teams.
Strong understanding of European AML regulations (Ireland, Luxembourg, or Cayman preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
