Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead & Support: Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations and step in during their absence to keep everything running smoothly.
* Hands-On Work: Get involved in all warehouse tasks – manual handling, order picking, unloading deliveries, loading trucks, and preparing customer invoices.
* Health & Safety Champion: Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards to maintain a safe workplace.
* Flexible Approach: Adapt to changing work schedules and help cover shifts as needed.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
* Knowledge: Solid understanding of Irish geography and logistics operations.
* Qualifications: Valid B driver's license, forklift license, and manual handling certification.
* Skills: Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
