About The RoleBidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Soft Services Coordinator based on site for a client in Dublin 2. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated and organised. The successful candidate will have a previous experience in cleaning or security industry.Purpose of RoleThe Client places a significant emphasis on customer service and best practice service delivery across the campus on cleaning and support services. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the role holder will lead, support, and guide the team in the on-going operation and development of the services to ensure exceptional service levels, Client satisfaction and continuous improvement to Client and service users, enabling the attainment of set profit targets.This is a position will suit an organised and energetic individual who can work as part of a team and has a passion for service delivery. The Soft Service Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Cleaning and Security Manager in delivering exceptional service within the contracted hours.Key Responsibilities: -OPERATIONALTo carryout cleaning audits, to ensure to complete the agreed number of standards audits through a given week.Deliver training to on site cleanersAssist the cleaning manager with roster management.Liaise with building managers regarding any cleaning issues.To assist the cleaning manager with deep cleaning schedules.Assist and deal with all cleaning complaints.To visit the clients satellite buildings.Attend Weekly Operations MeetingsDrive productivity of the existing team to ensure works. are as efficient and productive as possibleManage the cleaning frequencies as per the client specification document. To ensure full compliance with same.Map out cleaning schedules.Facilitate the reporting to the client of maintenance issues identified throughout the site walk.Ensure the Cleaning Manager & Contract Manager are kept informed of any operational progress and any potential issues.PeopleEnsure the recruitment and retention of a core group of competent capable cleaning operatives and janitors to deliver best in class cleaning solution.Ensure all staff are fully trained in cleaning techniques including Health and Safety and to ensure that documentary evidence of same.Ensure all staff requests for leave are recorded, approved in advance and relief staff arranged accordingly.Complete all timesheets in respect of hours workedTrain new staff in accordance with BIC'S standard as required and keep training recordsEnsure that all staff are presented in full appropriate uniform.Required Competencies:Excellent knowledge in office applications in particular Excel / Word / PowerPointExcellent communication skillsExperience in staff managementAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to work under own initiativeKey Requirements:Willing to travel within the Dublin area.Fluent EnglishFlexibility regarding shift patterns.About UsBidvest Noonan is a team of 27,000 passionate and customer-focused people.
