Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing store workflow, ensuring staff understand their duties and delegate tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing store activities, including break schedules, shop floor allocation, task lists, handovers, and ensuring that store standards meet and exceed company expectations. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organising store workflow and delegating tasks to staff members
* Planning and implementing store activities, including break schedules and shop floor allocation
* Maintaining store standards and ensuring compliance with company policies
* Managing cash handling and adhering to the company's cash management policy
* Maintaining timekeeping and personnel records using the TMS system
Requirements:
* Ability to plan, delegate, and accomplish all tasks promptly
* Cash Management - Responsibility for all aspects of cash management, adhering to the company's cash management policy
* Maintain timekeeping and personnel records and weekly wages using the TMS system
* Following and implementing all Company Policies and Procedures
* Staff Management and Performance - Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
* Development of Supervisors - coach and support the team to perform at the required level
