Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team and play a central role in driving growth across our OTC & Supplements categories.
The Opportunity
As Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning and developing strong B2B relationships with our key pharmacy and FMCG accounts. You’ll have the autonomy to shape growth strategies, deliver on ambitious targets, and bring fresh ideas that will help us continue to lead the market.
Your role will be all about:
* Building & nurturing partnerships with key pharmacy groups, FMCG retailers, and new business prospects.
* Driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, promotional plans, and tailored account initiatives.
* Educating and influencing pharmacy teams with product knowledge, training, and category insights.
* Analysing performance data to forecast demand, optimise promotions, and maximise ROI.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with our Sales Managers, Territory Sales teams, Marketing, and international brand partners.
* Owning the commercial relationship—from negotiations and pricing to strategic growth planning.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercially driven, relationship-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
You’ll need:
* 2+ years’ experience in Key Account Management or Customer Development within Pharmacy or FMCG.
* Strong track record of growing brands and accounts at head office level.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
* Confidence with P&L management, forecasting, and commercial planning.
* A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
* High levels of analytical ability, with proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
* A full clean driver’s licence and third-level qualification.
