* To assist with the preparation, plating, and service of meals for patients and residents, ensuring all meals meet prescribed dietary, nutritional, and allergen guidelines.
The successful candidate will deliver meals to wards and resident areas in a timely and respectful manner while maintaining cleanliness across kitchens, dining rooms, and service areas. They must also wash dishes, utensils, catering equipment as required. Strictly adhere to HACCP, food safety, infection control procedures. A dependable team player is needed who can work collaboratively with catering teams and healthcare staff, providing a courteous, professional,and compassionate service at all times .
