Sales Training Manager Role
Overview of Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all regulatory Cabin Crew Training. This entails conducting performance reviews, training, and development plans to ensure high team engagement and efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills and a keen eye for attention to detail. They will oversee accurate and timely recording of training data in the electronic record-keeping system and prepare documentation for internal and external audits and represent the department during regulatory inspections.
This role involves managing a team of up to 14 Training Administrators, ensuring efficient planning of all Cabin Crew training, monitoring and managing working hours of both Instructors and Cabin Crew to ensure compliance with aviation-specific working time directives, implementing standardised processes and quality control, leading the recruitment, onboarding and training of Inflight Training Administrators, attending and supporting audits with regulatory bodies and internal compliance teams, and providing detailed reports on training compliance, scheduling, and administrative efficiency to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven administration skills
- Ability to write weekly inflight reports and any other administrative reports/letters/spreadsheets that may needed
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly
- Previous management/ supervisory experience is desirable
- Windows literate (Word, Excel etc.)
