The post is located within the Belfast Youth Development Study (BYDs) and supervised by a multi-disciplinary team to support the roll out of a further sweep of the longitudinal study, which has been running for 20+ years. The post holder will be responsible for the successful delivery of a three-phase methodology inclusive of an online survey, forensic tracing of cohort members, data linkage as well as a small qualitative component. Essential Criteria: Have or be about to obtain a relevant PhD in a health or other relevant discipline (e.g., nursing, social science, psychology, allied health, health services research). Significant relevant research experience in public health / social sciences, relating to mental health/ substance use.Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis specifically longitudinal data analysis.Breadth and depth of experience of using statistical software (SPSS/STATA/SAS/R/Mplus.Experience of presentations/dissemination of research findings at local, national or international level.A publication track record, commensurate with career stage.
