Job Title: Operations Assistant/Receptionist Location: Dublin, Ireland (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 (depending on experience) plus Benefits Start Date: Immediately About: A leading financial services firm is seeking a professional, friendly and outgoing Operations Assistant/ Receptionist to join their team.
This exciting role is key in providing support to senior staff and provides a wide range of exposure to various aspects of business operations while offering strong development potential for the right person.
The Role: what does the job involve?
: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
Administrative support aiding senior staff with day-to-day tasks, answering phone calls, direct inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Organisation with diary management, coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements.
Handle office correspondence, post and multiple shared/individual inboxes while maintaining a high standard of records.
Onboard new staff members.
The Candidate: A highly organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently while also being a team player and with a get-up and go attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Previous experience in operations/ administration/ reception in a fast-paced environment is desirable .
Experience with a busy switch board would be advantageous.
