About the Role
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Registered Midwives to join our agency team in Portlaoise. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
* To plan, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based care that meets the needs of patients and their families.
* To supervise and allocate duties to healthcare assistants, promoting teamwork and efficient workflow.
* To work effectively and efficiently in terms of time management, personal organization, and adherence to organizational procedures and work structures.
* To cultivate positive relationships with residents and families, promoting a culture of empathy and respect.
Requirements
* A minimum of [X] years' experience in the acute nursing sector in Ireland.
* Valid NMBI PIN number.
* Valid CPR and NRP certification.
* Patient manual handling training.
* Two previous employment references.
* Strong knowledge of HIQA standards.
* Fluent English language skills (written and oral).
* Hepatitis B vaccination.
