Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with the development and implementation of technology and digital strategies.
Lead medium to large projects/workstreams and become a trusted advisor.
Plan, execute, and deliver technology transformations and related services.
Collaborate as a team member, maintaining communication with team and leadership.
Build strong internal relationships across EY Technology Consulting and other service lines.
Contribute to practice growth through thought‑leadership material.
Coach and mentor team members and provide performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with EY quality and risk management processes.
Prepare bids and tenders, taking the lead on key response elements.
Skills & Attributes for Success
Required
An undergraduate or graduate degree.
Minimum of 5+ years of practical experience delivering technology services including strategy, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, system implementation and agile development.
Subject‑matter expert or proficient in at least one enterprise architecture domain (applications, data, infrastructure, security, integration).
Leadership/management experience, including project and team management.
Ideal
Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, healthcare, agri‑foods, or energy sectors.
Strong business and technology analytical skills with the ability to recommend solutions.
Knowledge of scalable application architecture and environment design.
Experience creating architecture standards, frameworks and best practices.
Familiarity with agile, Dev Ops, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
Certifications such as TOGAF, Scrum, ITIL, PMP, Prince2, or vendor‑specific credentials.
Proficiency in EA tools, office productivity suites, and clear written and verbal communication.
Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship management.
Project management and business development acumen.
