Prioritizing customer satisfactionProcessing client/member requests through the policy lifecycle, ensuring compliance with product rules and company proceduresCommunicating with clients, brokers, and stakeholders via phoneCollaborating with other departments like Sales, Propositions, and Compliance to improve processesYour Skills and ExperienceIdeal candidates will have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelA third-level qualification in a relevant areaProgress towards a professional qualification meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency RequirementsPrevious administrative experience is advantageousStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and under tight deadlinesOrganizational skills and results-driven mindsetAdditional InformationThe primary work location is Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
The role is office-based for the first four to six months.
