Medical Devices Service Manager Role
This position involves overseeing a nationwide field service team covering hospital-based medical technology.
Responsibilities include managing 6 field engineers and 2 coordinators, ensuring service operations comply with relevant protocols, and handling technical escalations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical devices (engineering; biomedical, electrical, or mechanical / electro-mechanical background), team leadership or mentoring experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and knowledge of ISO and HSE protocols.
Ideal candidates are senior field service engineers ready for the next step or service managers looking for more ownership, impact, and support from the board of directors and management team.
Candidates must have relevant experience in Ireland and be fully authorised to work in Ireland with no restrictions on their work visas.
