Reporting to the Project Director the Electrical Project Manager is required to lead all aspects of Electrical project delivery.
The role involves managing scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities
Project Oversight:
Manage and coordinate all electrical installation, design, and technical activities across the project, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and support engineers, managers, supervisors, and foremen to drive productivity, safety, and performance through effective daily and weekly planning.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication, alignment, and smooth project execution.
Quality, Safety & Compliance:
Enforce high standards of Quality and Safety, ensuring all procedures are implemented, monitored, and continuously improved.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare, review, and present comprehensive weekly reports covering progress, schedule, incidents, procurement, and risks; maintain accurate meeting minutes and action tracking.
Resource & Performance Management:
Monitor labour, materials, equipment, and milestones to optimize efficiency, prevent delays, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality project delivery.
Requirements
Relevant Engineering Degree or Trade qualification.
8+ years' experience in a similar role with proven experience managing major electrical projects.
Skilled in overseeing large-scale installations, controlling scope, schedule, and budget.
Data Centre experience is highly beneficial.
IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Salary €110,000 to €125,000 DOE
