Job Title: Payroll and Accounts Specialist
Our client is seeking a highly skilled professional to handle payroll, accounts payable and receivable functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines for payroll submissions.
* Process payroll payments, submit revenue returns and discharge expenses accurately.
* Ensure all payroll records are maintained and up-to-date.
* Enter payroll journals into accounting systems and respond to employee queries regarding payroll matters.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in payroll management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Sage Payroll software.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
