They supervise and support care staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
The role also involves conducting client visits, completing spot checks, monitoring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Additionally, the Care Supervisor ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards to maintain safe and effective care.
This role will also include liaising with private care clients.
Requirements Completed in QQI Level 5 or above Full clean Irish Driving License and access to own car Relevant experience in the Healthcare sector Up to date trainings (PMH, First Aid, HSE Land) INDWH
