Job description

Would you like to work for one of the most progressive insurance brokers in the South West? Would you like an opportunity to build and progress your career with an award winning team? Do you want a new challenge? If so, Power Insurances may be the position you are looking for.

Who are we looking for?

* Someone with 2 years+ current insurance or insurance broking experience (prefably in commercial insurance)
* Either APA or CIP qualified or working towards same or Grandfathered.
* A good people person that can work well with others, has an excellent telephone manner, is self motivated and enthusiastic.
* Someone that can convert new business and/or retain a high percentage of existing business.

What will you need to do for us?

* Adhere to all compliance requirements (CPD etc).
* Be responsible for managing your own renewals and/or new business.
* Have the ability to build a rapport with clients and handle their queries.
* Be open to learning from our commercial team especially in niche commercial areas
* Be a decent human being..
