Advertising Partnership & Sponsorship Sales Manager
Dublin (Hybrid / Full Time)
Our client, one of Irelands most inspiring media publications is looking for an ambitious sales manager. This is not a routine client management role.
We want someone who truly understands how a creative media organisation works. Someone who can build meaningful relationships, create brilliant solutions, sell with confidence enthusiasm and flair and collaborate comfortably with editorial design production and events.
The Advertising Partnership & Sponsorship Sales Manager will be a senior member of the commercial team and a key driver of the next stage of growth.
You will:
* Build and develop commercial relationships with agencies brands and partners
* Create and sell innovative advertising brand partnerships sponsorships and experiential solutions
* Drive revenue across all platforms including print digital social events broadcast and more
* Identify opportunities and turn them into plans that deliver
* Work closely with editorial design production and events teams
* Help shape new ideas products and platforms that support audience and client engagement
* Bring energy discipline and ambition to meeting and exceeding targets
* Represent us with confidence credibility and enthusiasm

Key Responsibilities
* Grow advertising sponsorship and partnership revenue
* Produce creative proposals and pitch presentations
* Develop strong working relationships with agencies and brands
* Identify commercial opportunities and shape responses
* Manage accounts end to end ensuring excellent client service
* Work with content creators and designers to deliver standout campaigns
* Maintain accurate reporting on performance and pipeline
* Support marketing and event planning as required
Ideal Experience
* 3 to 5 years in media or creative sales or similar
* A track record in building partnerships and delivering revenue
* Experience working with agencies and brands
* Knowledge of Irish cultural and creative industries
* Experience working with content creative and production teams
* Sponsorships events or branded content experience is an advantage
* Management experience is beneficial
Salary €45,000 - €50,000 DOE + Bonus
