Clinical Nurse Manager
Position Overview:
* The Clinical Nurse Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing.
The role is responsible for providing clinical leadership support, assisting with the management of day-to-day clinical practices in the nursing home, appropriate staff rostering, and collaborating with the ADON and Healthcare Manager as part of the team.
The position requires a good communicator to facilitate smooth interactions between staff, residents, and relatives.
Daily Activities:
* Checking staff rosters and getting cover for absences.
* Implementing Health and Safety Policy to safeguard the safety and welfare of staff, residents, and others.
Skill Requirements:
* Excellent Leadership, Organisational, and Communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a senior management team.
* Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
* Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
Qualifications:
* First level registration.
* Registered on the Irish live register.
* Evidence of continuous Professional Development.
* Previous management experience.

* Salary: €50K - €55K (depending on experience).
