Porter Role in a Hospital Kitchen
This position involves working within the main wash up area and participating in heavy-duty pot washing.
* Cleaning of kitchen areas, including heavy-duty pot washing
* Participating in daily stock control and rotation with chefs
* Assisting with deep cleaning procedures on a weekly basis to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the day
* Ensuring Crockery and cutlery are cleaned regularly and food preparation areas remain tidy
* Working as part of the Kitchen team, following management instructions and adhering to health and safety regulations
* Able to work efficiently and keep calm under pressure while maintaining adherence to health and safety protocols
