About Your New Job
Lead and manage new process and process improvement projects
from conception to completion.
Generate and analyze data
to monitor process/equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance
with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
Support investigations and root cause analysis
of process equipment, utility systems, and control system anomalies.
Liaise with various stakeholders
to ensure clear communication and effective teamwork.
What Skills You Need
Bachelor's degree in engineering science or related field.
3+ years of experience in a regulated GMP/Biotech environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, team, and communication skills.
Experience with process equipment such as lyophilisers, autoclaves, and tablet presses.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, including SMED, DMAIC, and Green Belt.
