Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned risk management professional to join our organization. The Enterprise Risk Manager will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Risk Management Policy and Framework in line with our strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a high-level, strategic view of the enterprise risk portfolio, advising senior management on risk exposure, risk management, and organizational resilience;
2. Support the development of policies, practices, and tools related to enterprise risk management;
3. Provide support and advice to various business stakeholders regarding enterprise risk management;
4. Suspend independent oversight of operational/enterprise risks and review/challenge NTMA business units in accordance with the three lines of defense model;
/li>Analyze data from multiple sources, identify key trends, and develop recommendations for mitigation strategies.
