Human Resources Business Partner Role Summary
This role plays a vital part in the Human Resource team, collaborating with Site Leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
* Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with people managers and leaders to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
* Employee Relations: Serve as primary point of contact for employees and people managers/leaders addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving issues.
* Performance Management: Guide and support people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
* Training and Development: Work with Regional HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably within pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
This position demands high-level interaction with employees and management, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
