Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring seamless reimbursements for sellers across various fulfillment channels and locales.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive reimbursement and reporting initiatives. They will also own reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform data analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations for operational, program, or process improvements
* Owning reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
* Developing and improving processes, policies, and strategies to support the program's vision
* Supporting ongoing initiatives within the Credit Operations Team and other partner teams
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and teams
Requirements:
* 3+ years of program or project management experience
* 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
* 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL experience
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
* 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
* Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
* Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
