About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in Urology. The successful candidate will deliver specialist nursing care, working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to provide a high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional nursing care to patients referred for assessment and management.
* Work as part of a consultant-led multidisciplinary team, coordinating patient care in line with hospital policy and procedures.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient-centered services.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* A Registered Nurse/Midwife on the active Register of Nurses and Midwives held by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* A minimum of one year's post-registration full-time experience or an aggregate of one year's full-time experience in the relevant division.
* An understanding of evidence-based practice principles, including continuing professional development (CPD) relevant to specialist areas.
