KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and develop the team

Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Law, or similar
* At least 5 years of team leadership experience
* Experience in sales support, administration, or back-office roles
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
