We are seeking a dynamic Business & Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and digital presence of our salon. This is a senior role focused on driving business growth, leading staff, and managing the salon's brand identity both offline and online.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations ManagementOversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, payroll, and supplier management.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.Implement systems for efficient stock control, resource allocation, and client booking.Staff Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor team members to maintain high performance and customer service standards.Develop career progression plans and provide ongoing coaching.Digital Marketing & Social Media StrategyManage the salon's digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.Design and implement creative campaigns, leveraging the manager's expertise in digital art and content creation.Drive customer engagement and retention through targeted online marketing and client communications.Monitor analytics and track the effectiveness of digital campaigns.Customer Experience & Business GrowthLead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Develop promotions, partnerships, and loyalty programmes.Report regularly on KPIs, financial performance, and growth opportunities.RequirementsMaster's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Digital Art, or related field.Demonstrated experience in business operations, staff leadership, and customer service.Strong expertise in digital media, marketing strategy, and content creation.Excellent organisational, financial, and communication skills.Proven ability to innovate, problem-solve, and adapt to fast-paced retail/service environments.Background experience as a nail technician is preferred, to ensure practical understanding of salon operations and services.Job Type: Full-timePay: €34,060.00 per yearBenefits:Sick payStore discountWork Location: In person
