Role: Site Administrator Location: Kildare Sector: Construction/Civil We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support the Contracts Manager and wider project team. This position is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits as required. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project documentation, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks within a dynamic construction environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to project management and site teams Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and reports Manage document control, including filing, tracking, and distribution of key project information Coordinate communication between the office, site, subcontractors, and suppliers Support procurement processes including PO tracking and invoice management Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes Assist with health & safety compliance and training record upkeep Liaise with clients and consultants as required Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within construction or engineering Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with construction documentation and terminology is a strong advantage Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Full driving licence preferred (for site visits) What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience A supportive, professional working environment Long-term career development opportunities Exposure to significant civil and infrastructure projects in the region For more information on the role please contact Lauren at Talent Curve.
