In-House Recruiter (Healthcare Sector) Multi-Site Organisation An experienced In-House Recruiter is sought to take ownership of a busy, end-to-end recruitment function within a growing healthcare organisation.
The Role The In-House Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a multi-site operation, working closely with hiring managers and senior leadership teams to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include: End-to-end recruitment across multiple locations and roles Workforce planning and proactive talent pipeline development Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders Managing recruitment activity in line with organisational growth plans Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs Supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will bring significant in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally gained within healthcare or another high-volume, multi-site environment.
They will be confident managing multiple priorities and delivering against tight deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
