My client is a service company owned by a UK entity.
This is a new role, reporting locally to the FC but also to the parent company in the UK.
The ideal candidate will be have strong hands on accounting experience, ideally in industry Responsibilities Prepare annual budgets and present to the board of Directors.
Responsible for the month-end close (Euro & Sterling) Responsible for cashflow management Managing the group relationship for a number of small companies within the group (using Sage) Group management reporting Qualifications Qualified Accountant 2-3 years ofhands on management accounting experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Detail-oriented and analytical Commercially focused Cork based role with 1-2 days a week working from home.
Ideally 3-4 days in the office.
