About UsCICO Sports is an Irish-owned sportswear brand specialising in bespoke teamwear and leisurewear for clubs, schools, and businesses across Ireland and beyond.We design, manufacture, and deliver premium-quality sports apparel with fast turnaround and unbeatable service.As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Strategy & Growth Manager to help shape and deliver the next phase of our business journey — driving smarter growth, better efficiency, and stronger partnerships.About the RoleThis is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.You'll work closely with the Managing Director to research markets, identify new business opportunities, and improve how we operate day to day.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the MD in developing and executing CICO Sports' 3-year growth plan.Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities in the teamwear and corporate sectors.Develop and manage strategic partnerships with schools, sports clubs, and businesses.Work with marketing and sales to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.Help streamline operations and reduce lead times across the design-to-delivery process.Analyse business data and produce regular performance reports and dashboards.Lead specific growth or process improvement projects from concept to completion.Requirements3–6 years' experience in a commercial, strategy, or business development role.Background in sportswear, apparel, or consumer goods is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Performance bonus linked to growth and efficiency targets.Flexible or hybrid working arrangements.Opportunity for career progression.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €35,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
