Job Title: Building Services Manager
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading and managing building services teams, ensuring seamless project delivery while adhering to programme, quality, environmental, and cost requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Oversight of M&E testing, commissioning, witness testing, client training/handovers, project reviews & monthly reports
* Collaboration with internal departments,
(sub)contractors,suppliers&(clients),designers throughout the project lifecycle.
