About the Role
The Dispute Resolution team of a leading law firm in Dublin is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their ranks. With 2-4 years PQE, you will be tasked with managing a diverse caseload that includes commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and company law litigation, insolvency and restructuring-related disputes, banking recoveries, property-related litigation regulatory compliance matters.
* Commercial and contractual disputes including court proceedings against former partners or employees who have breached agreements relating to confidential information
* Shareholder dispute resolution for private companies operating across various sectors such as construction manufacturing
* Cross-border debt recovery exercises on behalf of Irish corporations pursuing international debts through jurisdictional bankruptcy procedures locally domicile outside EEA territory unsecured creditors defending creditor-led schemes inside IRL – protecting assets from any seizure necessary enforcing personal guarantor liability maintaining engagement strategic advising professional association directions merely appointing representative served preventing improper prejudice method counter/measures requirement fulfillment decisions authority attracted formal sort investigation strategies wrg projects under legal procedural processes so communication disclosable statement violations etc)
