Overview
Project: Residential Development - Flagship. Large-scale residential development including infrastructure, services, and landscaping.
Role Summary
Responsible for managing all on-site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met
Enforce health & safety compliance and conduct site inspections
Plan short-term schedules and resolve delays
Maintain quality standards and oversee inspections/snagging
Keep accurate site records (diaries, reports, RFIs, drawings)
Liaise with Project Manager, design team, and stakeholders
Attend site meetings and report on progress/issues
Resolve technical issues and ensure works meet specifications
Requirements
5+ years in similar role with strong residential experience
Proven delivery of projects
Qualifications
Degree or trade background in construction/engineering
Skills
Strong leadership and subcontractor management
Good programme and sequencing knowledge
Familiarity with Irish Building Regulations & BCAR
