Position: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Munster - Remote
A well-established and rapidly expanding law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing conveyancing department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated solicitor to take on a specialist role with the support of a modern digital platform, robust case management systems, and a dedicated business development team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to drive the continued growth of the residential conveyancing practice in the Munster region and can work remotely with the occasional day in our Cork or Kerry office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including contract and title matters.
* Manage a personal caseload, supported by a digital-first, client-centric platform.
* Collaborate with the case management team to develop and refine internal systems and support processes.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate from the Law Society of Ireland.
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive and ambitious approach to developing your legal career.
