Project Manager Lead
The Opportunity
1. Oversee the execution of construction projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
2. Collaborate closely with the contracts manager and project director to achieve project goals.
3. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for site management purposes.
4. Foster a high-performing site team by motivating and guiding them to meet project objectives.
6. Engage with engineers, review construction drawings, and conduct site surveys to ensure projects proceed smoothly.
7. Play an active role in contract negotiations and develop strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager with new build projects (essential), Strong technical and practical knowledge of construction methods, Self-motivated with excellent leadership and team-building skills, Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion, Analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability, Relevant third-party H&S management training/certification.
