Key Responsibilities Provide professional administrative support across internal teams.
* Manage data entry, record updates, and maintain accurate files/CRM systems.
* Handle incoming enquiries by phone and email, delivering excellent customer service.
* Schedule appointments, meetings, or bookings as required.
* Support diary management and coordination of team activities.
* Prepare reports, updates, and documentation within agreed timelines.
* Work to daily and monthly KPIs, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
* Assist with workflow improvements and process efficiencies.
* Support the management of incoming and outgoing post and documentation.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
