This is a critical senior role reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.The RoleThis is a 12 month fixed-term contract offering genuine strategic and operational ownership of the HR function across a multi-jurisdictional, high-growth business. You'll lead a team of HR professionals, drive organisational design, workforce transformation, and complex change initiatives whilst maintaining hands-on delivery when needed. This role leads an HR team supporting multi-site operations in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.What You'll Be DoingLead and develop a team of HR professionals across multiple regions, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR supportPartner closely with senior operations leaders, providing pragmatic, risk-aware HR advice aligned to business objectives across multiple jurisdictionsProvide HR leadership on business transformation initiatives, including M&A, TUPE, and workforce planningAdvise on organisational design, rightsizing, and restructuring initiatives, managing consultation processes, redundancies, and workforce transitions in line with legislation and best practiceOwn complex employee relations matters across all regions, providing expert advice on performance, conduct, grievances, and tribunal mitigationMaintain strong working knowledge of employment law across Ireland and the UK, with international experience highly desirableDrive continuous improvement of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, performance management, employee relations, and offboardingWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience in senior HR leadership rolesExperience from multi-site businesses such as FMCG, retail, or hospitality operations is highly desirableExposure to M&A activity, TUPE processes, or large-scale change programmes is highly desirableStrong expertise in employment law across Ireland and the UK, with international experience highly desirableDemonstrated experience leading organisational design, restructures, and workforce change programmes, including redundancies and consultation processesResilience and agility; you're comfortable working in an environment where priorities shiftAbility to see the bigger picture and drive strategy, but you're equally comfortable with hands on deliveryWhat's On OfferSalary: €90,000-€95,000 + Benefits12 month fixed term contractHybrid working: 3 days per week on-siteHow They WorkThis is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week at the Dublin head office.
