Audit and Accounts Management Role
GPC Finance is thrilled to be working with a reputable firm in the heart of Dublin. Our client requires an experienced Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager to lead their audit team.
This position offers opportunities for growth, challenging projects, and learning and development as part of an experienced management team responsible for carrying out audits and accounts production across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams on the planning, execution, and completion of audits ensuring high-quality results.
* Provide technical auditing and accounting assistance to team members and clients, driving continuous improvement.
* Manage a portfolio of clients of variable sizes across different industries, fostering strong relationships.
* Proactively manage client expectations, serving as the primary point-of-contact and addressing any concerns promptly.
* Coordinate and project manage the allocation of staff resources to jobs, optimizing efficiency.
* Report directly to the director on engagements, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
* Participate in the coaching, mentoring, and appraisal of staff, promoting career growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 4 years+ relevant post-qualified work experience.
* Understands the operational aspects of managing an audit team and is accountable for results-driven performance.
* Proven management skills and behaviours, with a client-oriented approach and initiative.
