Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts in Ireland. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants genuine visibility with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across the manufacturing plant and Dublin office
* Partner closely with hiring managers including VPs, Directors, and SMEs
Purpose of Role:* Own recruitment delivery across Ireland* Lead exciting initiatives including graduate development, employer branding, careers outreach, Site-wide projects Skills & Qualifications:* Bachelors degree in HR or relevant discipline (essential)* 5+ years experience in a recruitment capacity In-house recruitment experience highly desirable Excellent written verbal communication skills Strong stakeholder management ability professional presence Benefits Significant exposure to the Senior Leadership Team Broad project portfolio beyond Recruitment Opportunity to shape Graduate Early Careers Strategy Varied remit across two key Irish sites
