Senior or Associate MEP Cost Consultant

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior or Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our Dublin team. You'll work directly with Directors, acting as the main contact for Design and Construction Teams throughout the project lifecycle. This is fantastic opportunity to represent Currie & Brown in a professional, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
What You'll Do
* Pre-Contract
* Managing measurement and BOQ preparation including tender documentation with the wider team
* Manage procurement processes with all relevant stakeholders
* Full tender analysis including the drafting and presentation of all required reports
* Post-Contract
* Prepare payment recommendations and negotiate final accounts
* Oversee change management, contract administration, and dispute resolution
* Deliver financial reporting and data administration
* Prepare proposals and support business development
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial management of MEP discipline scopes,
* Specific experience in the Electrical Industry in Ireland and/or Europe is an advantage
* Ideally, experience with digital measurement and specialist billing software (e.g., Cost X, Bluebeam)
* Data Centre and/or Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage, but not essential
* Previous PQS experience is an advantage however not essential
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Organised, adaptable, and able to manage time and workload efficiently
* Proficiency in Office 360
* Proficiency in Procore
