Position: Retail Manager
Location: Sligo

As the store manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and sales performance of the store, ensuring that the right people and products are in place to achieve and exceed company expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, staff, customer experience, security, health and safety, stock, and resources.
* Meet and exceed store targets and KPIs.
* Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff in line with company policies, ensuring fairness and consistency.
* Manage cash, wages, budgets, and systems administration.
* Drive excellent visual merchandising to engage, inspire, and educate customers.
* Ensure health and safety compliance, training staff accordingly.
* Identify current and future customer requirements.
* Maintain store standards in line with business audit requirements.
* Key holder responsibilities.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
* 2-3 years management experience in retail or hospitality.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management, and leadership skills.
* Experience in visual merchandising.
* Strong retail product knowledge.
