We're looking for a skilled Small Appliances Technician with hands-on experience repairing a range of household and personal care devices - from hairdryers to small air conditioners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assessing a variety of devices and their faults, organizing parts and repair to successful conclusion.
Maintaining proper testing and quality control procedures put in place by the company
Recording all results into the companies repair system
Assisting to improve quality and productivity within the working environment and to help fellow colleagues in enriching their skills and to troubleshoot.
You must be willing to share your experience and help develop less experienced colleagues while furthering your own knowledge.
Skills and personal attributes required:
Strong diagnostic skills for identifying electrical and mechanical faults in small appliances
Hands-on repair experience with a variety of household and personal care devices (e.g. hairdryers, hair straighteners, fans, air conditioners)
Understanding of electrical circuits and appliance components
Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Experience in soldering and component replacement
Knowledge of safety protocols and electrical compliance standards
A good level of spoken and written English (Communicative)
Proficient in using testing tools and repair equipment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair jobs efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Basic computer literacy for logging repairs and updating job status
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new repair techniques and share your knowledge with your colleagues
