Job Overview
CPL Recruitment seeks a skilled Human Resources Professional for a 12-month temporary contract in south Dublin city centre. The successful candidate will deliver an effective HR service through the development and implementation of best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to various strategic and operational HR projects and initiatives
* Advise management on employment legislation, discipline, and grievance processes, as well as absence management
* Manage key HR systems and generate reports as necessary
* Resolve HR queries compliant with HR policies and procedures
* Lead full lifecycle recruitment campaigns and participate in interview panels as required
* Provide guidance and support to departments to ensure training needs are met and processes followed
* Ensure HR processes operate in accordance with legislative requirements
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
* 3 years' experience in a similar HR role, at Human Resources Professional level
* HR Degree or CIPD Qualification
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Public sector/healthcare experience highly desirable
* HRIS experience
