The van driver will deliver and collect from our stores throughout the country.Overview Of RoleOffer every assistance to retail shop teams to increase sales and profits for the benefit of people who are blind and vision impaired, supporting and endorsing the aims and values of the organisation.Responsibilities:Support Vision Ireland Retail shops by collecting and delivering clothing.Maintain assigned vehicle with regard to daily/weekly driver checksFully comply with Irish Driving regulations and traffic lawsComply with the health and safety working practiceEnsure that all vehicles are kept clean and tidy and cleaned out at least once a weekEnsure no Vision Ireland Retail vehicle is damaged.Ensure that no violation of the Road Traffic Act is breached when you or other drivers are using Vision Ireland Retail vehicles.Ensure that verbal and written reports of any damages to vehicles are passed immediately to the line manager.
