Job Description
This is a key, front-office, commercial role in the company, requiring experience in a fast-paced environment. Working with a team of Production, Procurement, and Engineering professionals, this role offers excellent opportunities for career growth.
The Role:
* Host customer conference calls, emails, and meetings both off-site and on-site
* Manage customer order books via the customer portal and ERP system
* Coordinate information flow between customers and internal departments through appropriate media
* Process reports on on-time delivery, forecasting, and sales vs. forecast
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators for Customer Service
* Manage quotation processes from receipt to feedback to relevant departments
* Participate in the ECN process, liaising with customers on ECNs
* Manage the “Hub” system for customers, including paperwork processing, stocking, replenishment, and distribution
* Identify and implement improvements within the Customer Service function
* Work collaboratively to maintain daily customer care and team functions
Requirements:
* Experience in sales or customer service roles
* Ability to multitask effectively
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency with customer success and CRM software, including portals and ERP systems
