This role will focus on a market-leading all-in-one e-commerce platform that allows individuals and businesses to set up and manage their own online stores. It provides all the essential tools needed to create a professional-looking website, display products, process payments securely, manage inventory, and handle shipping. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding the client's base by identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and demonstrating the benefits of our platform. Key Responsibilities Engage with new prospects to understand their business goals and provide tailored e-commerce solutions to help them grow. Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential customers within the SMB segment. Lead high-volume outreach efforts through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in our offerings. Manage a full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature, while maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client engagements and outcomes. Stay informed about the latest product features, industry trends, and market dynamics. Proactively build your sales pipeline and manage your own territory. What You'll Bring Fluency in both German and English is essential. Proven experience in a closing sales or sales development role, with a strong track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets. A passion for hunting and acquiring new business with a solutions-oriented mindset. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement platforms is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships and effectively conveying the value of our offerings.
