This role supports the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR best practice, strong compliance, and a positive employee experience across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the full recruitment cycle and onboarding of new employees.
* Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and performance reviews.
* Maintain HR policies, procedures, personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation.
* Manage absenteeism records, rosters, HR reporting, and training records.
* Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, GDPR, health & safety, and internal policies while promoting engagement and development initiatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR Generalist role.
* HR qualification.
* Strong working knowledge of Irish Employment Law (essential).
* Experience managing disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Excellent communication, people skills, and experience using HR systems.
