Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards to meet targets
* Loading pallets and managing packages/products
* Assist with general warehouse duties including receiving, sorting, and dispatching goods
* Handle materials safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment
* Maintain cleanliness and organisations of the workplace to ensure a safe environment
* Support team members with daily operational tasks and ad-hoc projects
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
* Report any damages, discrepancies, or issues to supervisors promptly
* Flexibility to perform other duties as required
* Participate in regular training and development opportunities
Requirements:
* Previous work experience as a warehouse operative is desirable but not essential
* Manual Handling (training can be provided)
* Own transport desirable
* Strong work ethic and ability to think on your feet
* Ability to use your initiative
* Enjoy working individually, but also as part of a dynamic team
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills
* Good physical fitness to manage manual handling tasks
